I have new sheepskin slippers. They are soooo warm and nice. Here is a picture of one which I took with great difficulty using my webcam:

So now I will be warm. [A checkout man in Sainsbury's commented on my new hat yesterday. He said, 'Keeping warm?' He's so cheery, that one. Normally he tells me how nice my bag is, but I didn't have a bag with me as had impulse-bought a tin of soup when I went in to post a parcel which turned out to not fit through the slot, so felt I'd better do something to make the trip out worthwhile. This is so extremely boring I have no idea why I'm writing it, apart from possibly procrastination because I really should be doing work right now, which means fiddle practise and I haven't played the thing yet today which means I have to do boring warm-up exercises and I don't feel terribly inspired by the prospect.]

I will be especially warm because they sent two pairs by accident so I can double them up.
